Going to Publix is not a chore, it's a pampering. Last time I went, 4 people came up to me asking if I was finding everything OK and then stayed around to hear my answer. A few years ago, friends and I were talking about how there is TERRIBLE customer service almost everywhere. We decided to look for someone giving great customer service and tell on them (recognize them publicly) at least once a month. Ever since, most of our compliments get logged on publix dot com.
