My husband bought a chevy blazer and had it a week and the engine blew had it towed they replaced engine picked it up blew again on the way home. They came and got it changed the motor again drove, home oil was 1 1/2 qts over and leaking puddles of oil. Engine light was on. Dents and broken driver side mirror and broken pieces off vehicle to name a few. Went to get gas couldn't put in gear (automatic) looked and a bolt was in the linkage. It was a mess very bad work.
Throughout ordeal called to get resolved spoke with the mean secretary many times could never speak to manager. Finally went up to resolve this mess and the manager was there nice man to my husband said he would speak to owner about putting him in another vehicle because the owner wasn't there. So my husband went out and looked at the vehicles.in the mean time unknown to us, the owner towed the blazer over to the service dept. When we were ready to go we couldn't find the blazer to go home. Everyone thought it was funny the blazer was gone keys were in our pocket and blazer is gone.
After a while Glen the owner drives in with the tow truck. We go over and ask if and why he took the vehicle. He said he wanted service to look at it this was on a Saturday and service wouldn't be looking at it until monday. I was mad for him to take it without us being told. We had stuff in vehicle and were all done with this trying to fix it, we wanted a different vehicle or money back. I told my husband we'll just go over and get it.
Glen got mad and said if we touch it he is responsible and will call police. I was mad and said what gives him the right to do this. He said he didn't know why I was being such a F* B* he has done so much for us. Wow get real wouldn't anyone be mad at all this.
Well he got out of the truck and stood in my face to intimidate me and I ask what are you going to hit a women he said we all have equal rights. The man is a jerk and after repeatedly calling me a F* B* I got out of there. I can't believe they are a business.
