This company goes by several different names including:
Nova Tek Society
Novus Tech
Nouveau Tech
Neo-Tech
Neo Tech
... Just to name a few. I was suckered into ordering this stupid manual for $199 and when I wanted to return the stupid thing, all I was able to reach is an answering service who promised they fax or email the society. I kept calling because I never heard anything back and I demanded to speak to a manager to get this resolved. It was always the same thing. They were just the answering service and couldn't do anything but fax or email. I wasn't settleing for that.
So I dug up all kinds of different adresses for this scam company incluing Ohio, Nevada, Delaware, I accumulated all kinds of phone numbers and it was always the same crap.
So I turned up the steam a few notches and decided to play hard ball with these idiots. I kept calling the answering service 78 times in a row telling them I wanted my refund now. I didn't care what they said, I wanted my refund NOW.
Next, I faxed my contact info with the following message:

I shall involve any and all Federal and United States organizations, agencies, and legal counsel interested in this matter, including the Federal Trade Commission.

I then faxed every fax number I had 55 times. (I have a virtual fax at rapidfax.com so It's just a matter of hitting the back button and clicking send over and over)
Within 45 minutes I had a man by the name of "Drew Ellis" tell me that he has a copy of my check in his hands and that he is fedexing it now and ask me why I was making such trouble. I told him as soon as that check is in my hands he will have me out of his hair. He told me "Well I think that would be good for both of us!" and hung up.
These people will give your money back, if you literally DRILL them with faxes and phone calls. I literally hit redial as soon as I got off the phone and got the same 3 operators and I kept telling them "I want my refund figure out how to get to me now" click, redial and again, and again. Imagine something calling you every 4 seconds for the next 2 hours nonstop... You tend to come up with ideas rather quickly!
