Premier Cards
Deceptive newspaper add, inventory was not as advertised, quality locations for displays and inventory were not provided, guarantees of minimum sales per location were not met

My wife and I chose to invest in Premier Cards Inc. Based upon the following representation.

We answered an add in the St. Post Distpatch which stated "Hallmark/American Greetings. Be your own boss. Earn $50-250k / year. CALL NOW 888-238-1635".

Vice president, Tim Harris assured us they already had obtained 50 quality locations available for placement if we were to purchase at the Platinum Level Disributorship, an investment of $79,000.00. He gave us references of other distributors we could call and receive testimonials as to their success. We received brochures and contracts with the written guarantees. After careful consideration we wired the payment to Premier Cards.

Tim Harris used Wall-Mart, Wallgreens, and several popular area grocery stores as potential locations. The actual locations were gas stations, conveinence stores, and liquor stores.

Premier Cards Inc. Guaranteed in writing a minimum of 5 cards a day in sales per location or they would relocate us at no charge. We sent sale reports indicating sales to be averaging 5-10 cards a month. We have attempted to contact them to honor the contract but our calls are unanswered.
