Took my vehicle to Larry Miller Nissan. Mechanic called and tried to sell me $644 worth of new tires. When I refused to buy them, he got mad and hung up. No one called me to let me know my vehicle was ready. When I picked up the vehicle, they charged me $556.42. They said they could not check the brakes because it was too cold, and that they could not rotate the tires. I had a funny feeling that something was up.
When I got home, I had my husband check to see if the work was done or not. They did not do most of the work that they were suppose to do. When I called and talked to the service manager, he got very upset and said "I cannot believe that you are calling to complain". I tried to talk to this man, DAH! Told him that if the work was not done, and that I would cancel my check. I called him 10 minutes after I picked up my vehicle, and that I could bring the vehicle back to show him.
I told him that if the work was not finished, that I would cancel my check. I have never heard back from them, until today, whick is 20 days later.
They sent me a certified letter that states if I don't pay the money, they will repo my car.
This company charged me $556 for an oil change. Their response was that they charge that much because they use good oil!
