I went to see the job this man did and help try to fill in holes. I have never seen such bad work in a very long time. I first went around the kennel and tightened over half the bolts on it. Then helped to fill wholes til this man could get back and finish. He never came back and now due to the cold weather we are having it is too cold to try and pour the concrete he was to do in the first place. My hope is no one else gets took by this man. If he can't be trusted while looking you in the eye he can't be trusted on the phone.
People don't fall for the words he tells you because he lies with such a straight face. So what do you think he would tell you on the phone? I am retired but that should tell you how long I have been around and the types of things I have saw. I guess he can fool women better then men because a man would not be told one thing and not do something about it when he has not finished what he was paid to do.
Word of advice to all not just women, never pay up front wait until the job is done and done right.
