Babysitter Donna Caruso will happily play "The Blind Men and The Elephant" with you. You will be told only what is expected of you will only be given enough clues about your job so that you can explain the purpose of your employment to Mr. Flum and Mr. Danner or any board member that strolls through. You will need to rely on your wits otherwise. Every communique coming from the company including the public info they refer to as "leads", will be nursemaided to you through your babysitter.
Your mission: Should you choose to accept it, is simply to sign up debt collectors to an online service designed to make their jobs easier. Good luck finding a CFO or Controller concerned with making their staffer's job easier.
Also there is a sales force already in place camping on the biggest, baddest corporations in the world so if, let's say, SONY calls to sign-up, credit will already be pre-assigned to the rep camping on it. You will never see a FTN500 company as long as you try this. You will be given a shot at signing up rusting steel mills and other smoke stack industries barely surviving.
The only successful business plan that this company is enjoys is answering Google leads and client referrals all of which are steered to client services to pursue and will never be an issue for the sales help they are recruiting.
The client service team will laugh directly in your face about this.
