Tx. CPS Of Abilene military And Tx. CPS A mistake taken way to far

I hope that this hasn't happened to others... But here is my story.

Around a year ago I was in the military. I was having problems and for four months all doctors did was say that I was malingering. (falsifying illness to get out of your duties.) I was ultimately discharged under honorable conditions. I was still having problems however.

In eight months time, I was diagnosed with diabetes type I. My doctor told me that it had onset during my time in the military and they failed to catch it on my pre separation physical. Well thats not the half of it.

I was having episodes of mood swings that rivaled bi polar disease. I would have violent mood swings. I couldn't control myself. Being on insulin for the first time I kept having insulin reactions and my mood would sway back and forth.

Around this time, I hurt my son who was only a month old at the time. I regret doing this. I kept having mood swings and before I knew it, it just happened and I couldn't control what had happened. Before i knew it i was doing things that I never ever would dream of doing to someone I love.

A year later and a separation ended later, I am back in Texas, fully controlled in my diabetic situation and doing just fine... However:

CPS decided to step in and do their dirty work. They won't let me near my son when it has been proven that I am just fine. They want psych evals and parenting classes and marital counseling even though I need none of them.

They are forcing me away from my son and my wife whom I haven't seen in over a year. I don't how much more torture we have to endure before we are left alone.

CPS will not give us a break and part of me wants to blame the military as well for not catching the diabetes. If they had, I would have been controlled sooner and none of this would have happened.

I think that they should be held accountable for their actions since they chose to do it.

I have been held accountable for mine regardless.

Anyone with any advice or any course of action that will make these sorry SOB's pay for what they did contact me.
