I received a letter today, December 26 from this place called Irish Foundation Lotto saying I had won their lotto. I was a winner in the third category. The check amount they sent was $3,658.77 and I was to contact a man named JAMES CRAIG, of EMERALD FINANCAIL GROUP at 15 Liberty Ave., Ste 305, London, ON. The phone number they gave me was 1-519-991-3753 and I was to contact them by January 4.
