My experience with

My experience with OnlineSports.com was basically a string of errors and un-kept promises by a horrible sales staff. All I wanted was to get a quite expense Authentic Football Jersey as a Christmas gift and from the time I opened the box I was already lied to the first time. I ordered a size 48 as stated on my enclosed receipt, but the actual jersey was a size 52.

So I immediately called OnlineSports.com and was advised it was their error and they would be sending the correct size ASAP by FedEx with a shipping label to return the one I received. I thought great, this is good as Christmas was still 11 days away, and I have time. This was the second lie. No new jersey ever came. But OnlineSports.com did send FedEx knocking at my door while I was at work to pick up the one I received. It turns out someone else’s order was more important and my 48 was sent to a different customer “somehow” and they were never going to sent one to me as now they are out of stock. I had to go out of town for Christmas, so I was never able to settle this and give the gift I wanted. So when I returned I called them again, and was advised Pam S. Would be “taking care of my order” and would call me back, as you might guess, no call from Pam ever came (third lie). So I call back yesterday again to try to get some answers and Pam is not available, so I really at this point want just to return the jersey and get my money back. This I guess is very difficult for them. As I have been now promised a FedEx shipping label to be sent to me via email, and have not seen it yet. I call back again to today, as Pam is back she said I would received this shipping label by 4pm West Coast time. It is 5pm and no label. I call her, and now it is 5pm tomorrow maybe.

The worst part about all of this is that OnlineSports.com (Pam S.) never followed up with me. I had to keep calling back to find out the status of my order. I tried to tell her I might not be as frustrated, if she just called me back as promised. As now it is 2 days past Christmas and I still do not have anything! Pam S. Just kept advising me I didn’t understand the volume her company was dealing with. If she took care of customers better, than I might sympathize with her. But what is high volume when someone ignores the issues it brings.

OnlineSports.com is advertised to be one of the oldest and most prominent Sports retailers online, but I beg to differ. They need to lean the basics of Customer Satisfaction, Order Error with immediate Correction, the value of EVERY customer, and compensation to keep a valued customer.
