I am hoping somebody has some information on a deadbeat dad named Kim R Turnquist. This person owes my twin daughters over $51,000 in past due child support. He is a chronic alocholic and drug user. He has been in jail for felony credit card fraud. He has abandoned my daughters when they were a few months old. I guess children weren't as fun for him as doing cocaine was for him. He is a scary person who I had to get two restraing orders on. He had beat me up in front of my kids when they were babies. He was supposed to visit them under supervision from the state but never followed through with that. About 2 years ago when my daughters were 9 years old. He had contacted me (the restraing orders had expired) and told me that he has spent 1 1/2 years in jail, had gone through treatment, has become a changed person, and would love to have the girls back in his life. I allowed him to first see the girls at his parents house and it went well. I made the mistake of beleiving that he changed and the girls saw him on a regular basis until they told me that he was acting wierd (aka drug use, drinking, etc.) I confronted him and he disappeared along with a lot of their belongings.
I just want people to know what a scammer this loser is. He has numerous restraining orders from many people. He will steal from you and then he moves on to a different place to do the same to whever he can get to fall for his lies. His own parents have been scammed by him. He has stolen money from his little sister. He is just an overall BAD person. I would really love to get some information on his whereabouts so he can be put back in jail (I don't think that I will ever see any more child support from him, the state has taken away his drivers liscense, and has activated everything they can to have his rights taken away.) He needs to be in jail because he doesn't take care of his financial responsibility, and the world would be a safer place if he was locked behind bars. If anyone has any information on him please respond.
