I was told I was going to get a $10 rebate after card activation

I was told that I was going to recieve a rebate in 1 business day if I went to this website after activation of my card the web address I was given was www.GREENDOTOLINE/PREMIERREBATE.com then the next morning I called customer service and I was told the web address was actually www.GREENDOTONLINE/PREMIERREBATE and there was no.com at the end of the web address. I tried but still did not exist
