Calls at work, early home calls and fees for home visits

This company has steadily harassed me by calling me at work and calling me at home before 9 A.M. They send people out to my house and then charge me a fee for that person being sent. They call and harass my friends and family and threaten to repo my vehicle if they do not hear from me that day.
