This company has sent a number of land purchase offers to elderly people and others in Northern Wisconsin. Most of the offers are for $150 far less then the fair market value for the land. No where do they inform the land owner that they have the right to not use Asset Holding LLC companies Title Company.
I believe these are offers that are preditory to elderly individuals.
