I called Capital First and they first said i was not entitled to a refund even though I had not recived my package with trial until after they took out my money.
When I discovered they took my money i called my bank and put a stop payment on them and then my bank filed to get my money back. That was on a Sunday and I got my money back on Tuesday. Please give this a try.
