On August 9 i get an estimate from a guy call jonh from a company name cross country relocation, everything was finalized when i was read for my stuff to be moved, another guy had told me that jonh does not work there anymore. I went to the office get another estimate, on the date when my stuff was move, the guys who loaded the truck treated my mom with no respect, they arrived 4 hours late and then wanted to give another estimate on the items. After the items where move in storage, i went to the office to make a partial payment, unfortunately i ran in a financial situation, spoke to the superviser about it, could not come up with the money on the date i give her, when call back i ask if my stuff are still in storage she told me that she have to call the ware house to see if it was there. Two days now i am waiting for an answer, still have not get any answer yet, my stuffs is very valuable and antique, it is my believe that they auction my items, an up to this day i have not recieve any notice letter. This is my worst experience in living in the united states.
