I have forwarded my emails that have been sent to the Creekwood email address during the past year. As I explained in our conversation, I also made many phone calls during the past year in which I was told the repairs would be made the following month. Each time, no repairs were made to the roof. Your company has had one year to complete these repairs and yet, they have not been made. At this point I have given more than ample time for your company to correct this issue. I would like to end my lease effective January 31st.
I look forward to receiving your response which during our conversation today, you stated would happen via telephone tomorrow morning after 10:30am.
