Ripoff. Thank You consumer complaints

I also received this postcard from W C P in Bakersfield Ca.

I was leary when I tried to call and didn't get an answering machine to tell me the name of company and office hours. I then looked on internet and found these warnings.

Thank you so much. My card read We are trying to reach you with GOOD NEWS. It is real important that you call toll free. Glad I didn't get through.
