This company double billed my credit card for a shuttle ride from LAX. After many phone calls (long distance no 800 number) and faxes, they agreed to put through the credit. When the next bill came—no credit. More phone calls and more faxes—now they won't return my calls. It's been over three months since the erroneous charge now and it's beginning to smell like a scam. The "low price leader" in airport shuttle service is ending up costing me at least 3 times as much when factoring in interest and long distance charges.
Oh, by the way, no airconditioning in the vans on 110 degree day. I sweated off 5 pounds.
