Shop NBC is a shameless disgrace to the American public. This organization sold me a laptop system that was 1year old and registered to another name, but was sold as a new bundle package. The bundle consisted of junk disks, incompatible software mismatched hardware and it was extreme torture, mental anguish and a financial misdemeanor to settle this issue. After exposing their deception, Shop NBC insisted that I bear all the responsibility to return the product. But they have to provide the return authorization number that is strategically linked to your payment due date which took weeks to acquire, then the harassment started.
Trying to reason or to quickly resolve the matter is when you realize that you have entered into a world of cultism. It was blood curdling to get through the front line of unhelpful reprogrammed staff. Only to get a lying, evasive supervisor who sends you to other dysfunctional national locations that can't communicate with other sites within the same organization. This has been a 90 days and counting battle that is yet unresolved.
It is despicable for NBC to even have their names associated with such financial pillaging of society. I plan to join others with sponsoring a site on U-Tube as an effort to warn potential buyers of this corporate wickedness. Avoid the misery, refurbished equipment masqueraded as new; and purchase your products from legitimate vendors. You'll be glad you did.
