This company called me on my cell phone. How they got my number I don't know! I was supposed to recieve x amount of magazine for 1 year at a low price of 1 dollar. I was stupid enough to give them my debit card number. They told me I could cancel within a year if I didn't want any more magazines. They charged me 1 dollar, then a couple of days later charged me $69.16. I didn't have the money in the bank so my bank charged me an over draft fee on top. The bank told me the only way I could stop it was by closing my bank account and cancel my debit card.
I never saw one magazine - I had to pay over $100.00 to close my bank account, and now they keep calling saying I owe them over $900.00. I asked them to give me someting in writting to give to my lawyer, but they never sent anything. But they still call all the time! What else can I do? I want my money back and I want them to stop calling me!
