Reported to credit agency that I owe them $8300, when I have never ordered anything from them

Ccacds has reported to several credit agencies that I owe them $8300 when I have nevered ordered any merchdise from them, they did once sent me a cca card that I wrote back to them cancelling because I did not request this card in 2005.

Please help me in resolving this issue.
