Solicitation of overpriced books and magazines by well-trained young red headed male. He claimed he was a student at Indian River Community College. He appeared nervous and said he had a problem with public speaking and he was selling as a part of his communications class. He said he was 19yrs old and his parents live in the area and he is part Indian. He was on his cell twice - seemed to be in a hurry - once said I love you - to his "Dad". Signed his name Joshua Felcher. Said he only needed three more or 750 pts. And he could earn his trip to Ireland. He told my neighbor he only needed two sales. I don't know what else to say.
