I worked at hayward labs for 2/12 years as a line leader, got the high end end of year raise. 30. Went out on a workmans comp claim after a fall in the plant, i tried to work on limited duty as doc. Suggested untill i was released full duty, hayward said no!!! Went back as soon as doc released me, was told by a supervisor to be careful they were told keep an eye on her and write her up and get rid of her as soon as we can. Well it took them 3 months and they got rid of me, they still have a few line leaders there that cant even run a line without being pulled of it and being put on a line as a ;ine worker, and myself among 2 others that are usually asked to cover that persons line for them and run ours at same time, but there (the ones being pulled off line) are in the right click! Hayward is known for being unfair if your not in "the click" many ppl have come and gone from there! 1 they really need to be looked into and held accountable for the way they treat ppl!!!
