HC Processing Help Card
I am being charged over 29% interest because I was late with a payment, its their billing cycle crap Lowell, Arkansas

I am being charged over 29% interest because I didn't understand their billing cycle. Even after talking with them on the phone it sounded riduculous. Finally they said they would debit my checking acct. Every month but I lost out on the no interest for six months deal for being late. Someone out to check their billing standards. You have to know what billing cycle your in, even if you think your early you could be late if your not paying in the correct cycle. I thought all credit cards sent their bills the same time every month.

I just hope I can pay this horrible credit card off at income tax time, right now after 6mos I've only paid down my bill about 50.00
