I am also hoping that others read this before they go ahead and get $600.00 taken from them after thinking this was a great idea. My husband and I are new parents, so this could not have been any better. Purchase everyone's christmas presents all at one time and not have to pay all up front. Yah right. Well it all seemed like a peice of cake and really convenient. Until... I forgot to cancel my membership. First they TAKE $199.99 for a 1 year membership. Then they do not send your catalogs for months at a time. Well what a great advantage I spent $300.00 already and have NOTHING! I should have known when I called several times that this would happen. I complained about not getting catalogs, after calling 3 times prior. Well Ma'am we only show that you called one time. Ok well shouldn't that be enough? Then after 30 days they take $99.99 out for Payment Security Benefit and $99.99 out for Credit Protection Shield. Well I sure did not need that, I couldn't even buy anything I had no catalogs. So they said we can move your date back from Sept 1 until November 1 and you can cancel that. Ok I said. Well you have to do it in writing, so I did this in PLENTY of time October 5th rolled around and I wrote the letter and to my surprise November 1 rolled around and OUT came the $199.98. Well now this had to top everything off, not only was my bank account now under but my RENT check just bounced from here to Indiana (I live in MD). Great so when I call to complain, what happens? I get to stay on hold for HOURS. Yeah this is great! So now I have to expain to my landlord that I got ripped off for $200.00 because I was STUPID. I know that this has been somewhat sarcastic, but I now own my in-laws $100.00 and my bank account is STILL under. Woo Hoo... Needless to say I beleive we will be getting an attorney and getting all of our money back. Please be careful and NEVER fall into a trap like this one. Beleive me I am DONE with mail order anything! I cannot trust them. This is horrible, it is now November 10 and we only have a little while to go until the holidays. Guess what family? You can not have ANYTHING for Christmas. Sorry.
