Store front itself is a scam. They have a huge sign that reads "SONY".in very small letters, I noticed later, too late, it said "authorized dealer". Salesman stated computer was latest model, just arrived. Also, it was supposed to be teleconference ready. When questioned he said they were Sony, and if any exchenges or service was required they had another store in Miami - relatively closer to my location. As to the price I was stupid enough to believe he was deeply discounting it from $ 3300 to 2499.
After receiving and opening box I noticed microphone was not working properly. After calling Sony support I found out that: Computer is old model. This specific model does not have a camera, not even a microphone. Original list price is 2299. And that dealer is not SONY, they could not provide information about them. Afte that, I called and they just hung up phone, will not accept exchange returns, do not identify themselves or the store manager.
