Cic Credit Monit
Oring I was looking at my bank statement and I've ran across a $9.95 charge from CIC

I have been recieving monthly charges from Cic Credit Mont for around $9-$12 each. I have never subscribed to any of thier services and don't know why they are charging me. I need every penny I have and can't afford to pay for these unreasonable charges. If there is anyway I can get refunded for the money I've had stolen from me???
