Lately on 10/6/07 I was in my local Belk store & as they always do, I was asked if I'd like to open a Belk charge to save on my purchbecausees. I had been creating a big purchase therefore stated okay. I got my momentary card# and also the cashier said oh I am sorry and withdrew it informing I'd obtain a notice of clarification within the email. I acquired that notice yesteray, 10/20/07. It aimed me to get hold of GE Money Lender, evidently the backer for that Belk CC. No quantity was provide and also the cause provided for declination was NOT ABLE TO VERIFY IDENITY. Well, having never noticed this I named Belk who couldn't think there is no ph# for GE Money Lender, after studying their grievances online I see why. Belk however named them while I had been about the point, they place a repetition about the line who had been good & stated he'd attempt to understand this accepted & they had experimented with contact me about the house ph#3 time for you to confirm my identification. I told them I had been at the office & have an answ mach & no messg quit. Questioned why they didnt contact another 2 #s among that will be my cell & t/me constantly. He explained there have been no additional #s-on the applying. I told him I had been taking a look at my software & certainly all 3 #s are there. I questioned how he established somebody named me and he explained w/d it had been created on my document. I told him if anybody named they didnt abandon a note and may we confirm it today, he visited a boss & set him about the telephone, a man CALLED ERIC. He seemed a lot more like some of those bill lovers... You realize the kind you notice about about the television advertisements... He stated he wasn't likely to approve it now since i didnt answer the very first three times they tried to call. For goodness sake, I perform throughout the day... I may create an extended notice to Belk on Friday and recommend they appear with this webiste (complainsboard.com) and maybe turn to another merchant to deal with their charge cards. Thank heavens they didnt agree me and so I didnt get connected with one of these sheisters and liars...
