After a lengthy Divorce ending in lasting close to 2 years including a felony trial at the same time ranging from car theft to domestic violence, Edward has failed to pay even the bare minimum $149.00/mth of his support order to his soon to be 10 year old daughter.
He has racked up a debt of $14356.47 as of October 19. The last payment recieved from him was April in the sum of $50.00. This was only to avoid a license suspension. Which since then he has been served papers to suspend at least 3 times or more.
His family aids him in avoiding his child support. He doesnt work, and/or if he does it is under the table, or just long enough to get the child support division off his tail.
He's also mentally unstable. He was court ordered to under take Psycological testing at his own expense if he ever wanted visitations of his daughter again. He is a compulsive liar and if one doesnt know him, might fall for his usually convincing lies.
Lies include - was once an airborne ranger - impossible tho since he was convicted of burglary in Wenatchee, WA when he was 18 while attending job corp.
He claims to have a black father, and that he grew up in the hood of compton, when in fact his father is a white man last known to live around las vegas/one of the Dakotas/or Banks, Vernonia Oregon areas.
Claims to have Degrees in mechanics and auto bodyrepair. While he is somewhat proficient in these fields, he has never attended college.
Claims to be a volunteer police officer and usually has his cars decked out like a police cruiser, and has been known to carry a mock badge and an air gun.
Claims to be a volunteer firefighter-tho he was once a volunteer very shortly for Dundee Fire dept, he was quickly dismissed when he started acting like official government employees such as police officers etc
He's also got a daughter, should be around the age of 14 last known to live in either Idaho or wenatchee Wa. Who to last knowledge was also severly delinquent in child support.
Edward is a 5'11 130-150lb white male, dark brown hair, blue eyes, very scrawny in appearance, with severely crooked teeth. He is a heavy smoker and coffee drinker and has a knack for Don Juan'g young woman between the ages of 15 and up, under his control to pay his bills, house and clothe him, and feed him.
Please help me and my daughter find some justice and either find a way to make him pay or put him behind bars, or he will only seize to continue this unhealthy lifestyle and no telling how many more innocent woman will and have fallen victom to this menice.
