Blue Jippo is more like it Internet

Last month a friend and I decided to buy a computer through Blue Jippo, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. When we ordered the computer, we talked to some guy in India we couldn't understand. We kept asking to be transfered to someone we could understand. After receiving all of our information, (my checking account number, but not my email address) the guy finally said he would transfer us to an english speaker.instead; he disconnected us. When we called back, the company said that since the call was disconnected, all our info was erased and we would have to start over from scratch. At this point in time we were led to believe there would be no computer or charges. If we received the promise mail packet, we would know that we would be charged $79.98 Friday, October 26. We received no mail packet, but were charged $110 on October 10. When I learned of this I set to rectify the situation. The company now claims that they have sent an email packet twice. I would like to know how this was done when they did not get my email address. Also; they refuse to send me a refund even though they took more than the agreed upon amount, before the agreed upon date, without the agreed upon information.
