Stole 1,200 dollars and would not refund when ask for refund phoenix

I saw the television ad about making money the Don Lapre way. Boy did I get taken to the tune of 1,200 dollars. The sales people were intimadating and tacked onto my business things I did not want. They advertised a free website but then charged my credit card 700.00 dollars. They

Refunded an initial 495.00 for an unwanted website but refused to credit my card to the tune of 700.00 dollars. Im so glad to see this website because even the better business bureau couldn't get my money back. Needless to say

I was beyond furious and would love to see this guy be brougt to court for fraud. Please let me know how I can help to get rid of this guy. He is the biggest con artist on the face of the earth.
