Lied about Business grant

(Gary west) explained the grant process, their money back guarantee, their fee and how to send it. They sent email welcome letter and money back guarantee. The phone numbers Lee and the email gave worked for the first few days.

Lee said I qualified for grant, as long as all i's dotted and t's crossed I would receive grant for business.

Sent the $419.00 dollars they requested, by certified mail, gave them tracking number, was told would receive paperwork for grant in 4 weeks.

I called them after 2 weeks, Lee said would take 4 weeks, the 1-866-580-8096 (help desk number) is disconnected, the direct number 716-508-4238, says the number or code you dialed is in correct.
