On September 17, I was contacted by Tyler Banks at Capital Funding Services. He informed me of the "Good News" that I was approved for a Government Grant to start a small business.
He sent me a "Welcome Letter" with a Guarantee and Consent Form to be filled out and requested that a certified check or money order for $439.00 be sent to the New York address which I did and called him with the postal confirmation number.
After getting all of the necessary information together for this business, I tried to call for a Fax number or personal e-mail address so that I could get it to Mr. Banks in the alloted time for completion. I found out that the toll free (866) 580-8096 number is no longer in service and the personal number that he answered and called me from 2 weeks ago can not be reached as dialed. That number is (716) 508-4240.
Now that I have made committments for this business, I don't know what to do.
