This company claims that a cashed check was authorization to charge for this service. They first charged my account in 2002. Then charged again and again.

They have been repeatedly told that we do not want this sham service, they promise to remove the charges, and then fail to do so.
The rep I talkied to kept trying to sell me even after being told repeatedly that I do not want to do business with them and that I have never used the service.
