Bought a used car and 1 month later car encountered mechanical problems. Car towed 4 times. CarMax failed to diagnose problem. Was not completely honest about the results of repairs. Car was returned to CarMax for a refund. Beware of purchasing a vehicle with VIN #1N4AL11D66N317625. Additionally, after I returned the vehicle, the odometer reading CarMax reported is not accurate.
