BEWARE of this foreign bank that has totally destroyed this once respectable company, named Lynk. I was a top produce (in the top 1% for 6 months) and then was told it would be in my best interest if I moved on. Yea right. It was only in RBSLynk's best interest for me to move on. It was a way to cut expenses and keep the customers I signed as you have to sign a non-solicite when you "drink the koolaid and join this cult". They stole a strong six figure income from me and a future of $10,000 per month ongoing residuals. Simply, this company wants to have a sales force of "tellers" and pay even the top producers "teller wages". The bank mentality of this foreign bank has destroyed this once very successful and profitable processing company when it was an Atlanta owned company. Be warned you will not have a positive experience with this company if you want to work and are a strong sales performer. If you are looking for a free ride for a few months see if you can get hired at the "teller" wages. You will see no reason to stay past 3 month's when your guaranteed salary expires. This is a true "Ripoff" foreign bank that has come to the US to "Ripoff" new sales executives. This company will be gone within a year. On the surface, RBSLynk looks good. Get inside and you will see it is just here for a short time. Be warned.
