I did NOT authorize a charge from smartemarket.com, nor did any member of my family. I filed a complaint with my debit card issuer today and will next be contacting the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org) - I urge ALL WHO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED to file with the BBB to get the investigative ball rolling! Also, thank you to usacomplaints.com for offering your service - hope this info helps to protect others.
