I signed a contract with Foxtons due to the handwritten letter they sent me telling me they had a buyer for my home, I even called them and spoke with a Ralph who verified it.
Well no buyer, my husband received the same letter 2 weeks later after I signed with Foxtons.
Foxtons did not tell me they only advertise in the Sunday paper, they is ridiculous. I try to call my agent but alas no calls back. She only calls if I do tell her why I am calling.
The ad they put in the paper made my beautiful home of 17 years sound like a dump that needed alot of work.
Foxtons is misleading with their talk of a million dollar a year in marketing. The paper work you get gives you this whole thing about their magazine, and flyers. They do none of that.
I called my broker/agent to ask her if we could change the ad, no problem but the only thing is it only comes out in the Sunday paper.
Due to their misleading me with their letters from Christopher White, the horrible ad they placed in the paper and only advertising once a week, did I mention my agent cursed me out because I was taken back by the once a week ad.
Please do not use Foxtons, they are horrible they are just scam artists.
