Cellular one screwy fax rules deluth minnesota

Cellular one took money off my credit card without my permission! I asked this company to fax my credit card cmpany with my name, credit card number and date with the amount they stole from me. Well they tell me, with a representative on the phone even, that they cannot do this as it is a policy they cannot do this. It is a security risk! Tell me why every other company will do this just not this company! Well when this is resolved i will be canceling my phone service with this company!
