After i got my dr card balance i called my credit union who gave me the phone connect - called and went thru several menus without getting a human. Called again and left my name and no. Later a young woman called and tried to convince me that i did order - went round and round with her and then her "supervisor". This second woman said she couldn't refund the full amount because they had paid $65 for the product but that she would refund 1/2. Also, no package ever showed up at my po box, which i NEVER send anything to.
My credit union will deal with it monday (this is sat. Nite) and the local police are looking into it.
