Before calling to activate this card, I tried to look this company up on the internet. I could not find anything about them. I did however find this site and read a similar story and (what I think) is the exact same credit card that was sent to me. The "company" is ccs and the card is entitled "First National Card".
Their annual fee is $99 and they automatically take the minimum monthly balance due out of your checking account. This is not a general credit card - it can only be used to purchase things through the ccs catalog (never heard of it). I really want to establish credit, but I'm glad I took the time to research this before I got myself into a really big mess.
