Andrew Eichner is a unethical Chicago attorney. He aided in my divorce nightmare. I was referred to him. Signed a contract with a $15,000 retainer fee. He also told me I needed to hire a local suburb attorney so I didn't incur his hourly $475 travel time rate. This made sense. Of course, he had a referral for a local attorney, Steve Brody (another unethical attorney).
Andrew Eichner did not one thing in my case. The stories / lies he told were amazing. I never knew people could be so dishonest and unkind. I would call, no return call. I would leave messages with his assistant, no return call. I am a professional business women and wouldn't treat my worst enemy like this.
I was in a major child custody battle wanting primary residential custodian. I learned that Andrew was on a major news network promoting his 50/50 shared custody arrangement. He never revealed this info to me. He drafted me a 50/50 shared agreement. This is went he was fired. Rumor has it he is Mr. Berger's right-hand man. Stay away from this firm. Unethical by nature.
After 6 weeks, I terminated him, requested a refund. I received an approx. $465 refund check after spending $15,000 on him $2500 on a local attorney.
There is major corruption and a mans network in Chicago. And yes, it includes the judges.
How do I get my money back? Any recommendations?
