Don't fall for the oldest trick in the book, you sign a retainer agreement that says once you paid the retainer then there is no getting it back. Johanna Mitchell and she will did very little to NO work and then bill my retainer out when I asked why. I paid this "attorney" a $2,000.00 retainer and had to remind her to file paper work. She almost cost me my whole case in regard to back child support owed to me. She was very rude and spent time talking about her horses and billed me for it. IF YOU NEED AN ATTORNEY I suggest you DO NOT USE HER! The worst service i ever had! She was 2 hours late to my first meeting with her. THERE was a period of 2 weeks when she would not take my calls or return my emails and this was after her 2 week vacation! When I asked for the remaining portion of my retainer she said it was all used up in emailing back and forth. SHE NEVER stepped foot in a court room on my behalf. I had to hire a new attorney and in 2 days my new attorney accomplished more then she did in 3 months.
