Papa John's Pizza, General Manager And Assistant Manager
Papa John's Pizza, General Manager And Assistant Manager Management is stealing tip money from delivery drivers!

The management is corrupt (at this store) and and is undercharging, trading and giving away food and/or company product without any payment to the cash register. The pizza cooks are selling pizzas off the line and pocketing the cash.

The manager and assistant manager are stealing tips from delivery drivers, especially the new ones. For example, after a lunch shift one friday,
the assistant manager stole a ten dollar tip from me, and this is how he did it (it was easy to catch him this time because it was only two orders): He went into the computer and changed the amount of money that I owed to the store, making it larger so he could keep the difference.

That is, my first order was $50.46, with a ten dollar tip. My second order was $16.35, with a $3.65 tip. So I owed the store a total of $66.81 for the pizzas, and my tip total was $13.65.

The assistant manager told me I owed the store $76.81 and my tips were only $3.65. When I confronted him with the math facts I just shared with you, and told him that my tips were $13.65, not $3.65, he just stood there and kept lying to me about it, he said the computer is never wrong.

Then I demanded my $10.00 tip, (its the principle here, not the amount) and stated I would not leave the store without it, and asked him to give me a printout of my delivery orders for that day, and he refused to give me a printout. Thats when we called the general manager on the phone, and explained to him the whole thing, and he sided with the assistant, telling me I was wrong, but i knew he was also lying and I would not back down. Finally, I left that day with my $13.65 in tips, as I should have.

I called corporate and reported the (attempted) theft over the phone. Then I sent in a written statement about it. Later on, management did not like it when they found out I had called corporate.

On another day, I had delivered $400.00 worth of pizza on an eight hour shift, yet I returned home empty-handed, with no tips or gas money, and the general manager telling me I came up short $31.00. At least, thats what he told me thursday night, but on friday morning he told me that I was not short, and in fact the store had come up over, but I still never recieved my tip money, which, on a busy night like that, could have been around $75.00.
So thats how they do it, they just change the numbers around, and if you are not watching close enough, they will rip you everytime! Im sure he stole tips from me that night, too. They have been stealing ever since I started, but when you are new it is hard to catch them. So I asked him to let me change my password (at the drivers computer) to a new one, and he did, but it was shortly after that, about two hours later, that I was fired. And I did that job to the best of my ability, and I feel I was wrongly fired, because I was not afraid to confront management about stealing tips from drivers.
