I began doing mystery shops for Global growth group in December. I didnt receive payment for the shops I did in December until June and I still haven't been paid for a couple of dozen of other shops I have done (amounting to about $300) during the spring of 2005. These shops involved me driving out of my way and spending my money, and I was under the impression I would be reimbursed and paid for my work. I emailed the company on multiple occasions, first starting in April and was assured I would be paid. I even called once and they told me they would pay soon. They said they had gotten behind on payments.in July of I attempted to log onto the G3 website and it no longer existed. I have kept all of the emails I have sent and received from G3 in the hopes that they would be used in charging the owners with fraud. I have contacted Sgt. Bratt at the Sylvania Police Department and I was told no criminal charges were being pressed. I received several emails in 2005 from other shoppers who were supposedly pursuing a lawsuit but nothing ever happened that I know of. Does anyone know anything about this?
