Sendora Security is my employer of around 3 years. I work full time and am now posted in Miami Florida after a relocation from Virginia Beach, VA. I am a level 2 and am looking forward to advancing in the near future.
After reading the statements about Sendora Security, I find it hard to believe if not impossible. I underwent the same procedures and was hired on with the company after the background check and a few certifications. Patience is virtue. I did not have a Jana as a recrutier, but I do know that the companies protocol for hiring is the same as I am looking into becoming a recruiter myself.
I take offense to these statements and would like to ask to complainers to have a bit more self control when applying for a position with a company. If you start shooting out at the mouth, is it going to get you very far with corporate security?
I am proof of Sendora Security's great work ethics and would encourage anyone who would like to persue a career in security to find a path the suits them, mine was this company. They have increased my standards, given me pride and continuously prove to be #1 in this industry.
