We too are one of the many JB Hunt families unable to live on the paltry miles and poor pay our driver is getting. Everytime he makes any headway, he is moved to a new board and a new dispatcher and the game starts over again. He's been moved twice in six months now as the company shuffles too many new drivers and too few trucks. They don't respond to pleas for help nor for more miles from their experienced drivers, the company is now too busy sending newbies to school and charging them tuition so they can join the company with the "best benefits."
I ask you, when you see the miles drop by the the hundreds each week and you are living below the poverty line who is to blame but the company your husband slaves for week after week even though he is out for 21 days at a time and still has nothing to show for it. We have nothing but scraping, struggling and missing our loved one who is deeply frustrated by his inability to take care of his family.
I too believe that JB Hunt is a form of financial slavery.
