Order product that they did not send - no way to contact them ripoff nationwide

Purchased adult sex toy only $16.95 but never received it. Went to company website to find contact info to ask about order - nothing exists. Tried to reply to a confirmation email and get no reply. No phone number or any way to find out where they are located.
