Placed an order online for a little over 50 bucks and never received products

I have tried on a couple of occassions to contact by email an by phone but have been unsuccessful on all of attempts. I did receive an email confirmation that my order had been shipped but still have not received my order. There have been several usacomplaints.com on this site but they are still able to operate. They should wipe them off the web. Shame on you for scamming people...
